** The Trim Supervisor will oversee the finish/trim shop operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role involves managing a team, coordinating projects, and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Supervision:
** Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
** Quality Control:
** Ensure all processes meet industry standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits of quality.
** Safety Compliance:
** Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting safety training for team members.
** Production Planning:
** Collaborate with the production manager / plant manager to schedule and prioritize jobs based on production timelines.
** Process Improvement:
** Identify and implement improvements to processes and techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce waste using Lean principles.
** Equipment Maintenance:
** Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly.
** Documentation:
** Maintain accurate records of necessary operations, including production reports, quality inspections, and employee performance.## Qualifications
