• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities in accordance with BMC standards to deliver efficient, effective, quality patient care.
• Provide care appropriate to the age of patients on the assigned unit.
• Apply knowledge of growth and development over the lifespan and assess data reflective of patients’ status to identify age‑specific needs.
• Plan patient care, develop, modify and implement the plan of care following BMC standards and patient care policies and procedures.
• Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

• ADN or BSN
• Oklahoma or applicable multi‑state RN license
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and prior to providing direct patient care
• ACLS training within 30 days of hire
• NRP training within 30 days of hire
• Fetal Monitoring certification:
  Intermediate or Advanced within 1 year of hire

• STABLE Certification
