The Role- Provide and oversee quality nursing care
- Observe, assess, and document resident conditions
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff
- Communicate and coordinate care with residents, families, providers and nursing staff
- Current RN license
- Strong clinical and assessment skills

- Long-term care experience preferred
