* ** Only 36 patient-facing hours per week - paid for 40!
*** Flexible
** 3- or 4-day work week
*** Schedule options may include:+ Weekday shifts may be
** 8 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or a combination**, based on clinic needs+
** three 11-hour shifts (8 AM-7 PM)

* ** Competitive salary: $105,000-$120,000+**, based on experience
* Opportunities to pick up additional shifts and earn more $$$+ Three additional 8-hour shifts per month could add approximately $15,000 per year

* Diagnose and treat pediatric patients from well visits to acute and urgent care needs
* Help us fulfill our role as the patient's medical home
* Document accurately and efficiently in our EMR, with expanding AI-supported services
* Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and clinical support teams
* Evaluate and manage common pediatric illnesses and injuries
* Prescribe medications and treatment plans within your scope of practice
* Educate and support parents and caregivers every step of the way|
