DescriptionThe Shift Manager ensures customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience during every visit. This role leads shifts, provides guidance to crew and other managers, and maintains high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability.
Responsibilities- Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate and friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
- Help departments meet their targets during shifts and support overall goals.

- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced work.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate‑owned restaurants.
- Strong communication, team building and training skills.
