Cook – Bricktown Brewery (Owasso, OK)

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $18.00/hr

Location:

Bricktown Brewery – Owasso, OK.

Compensation: $16–18 per hour, dependent on experience.

• Using the correct tools and equipment to prepare all items.
• Following Bricktown Brewery recipes and specifications for each menu item.
• Prepare and cook a variety of quality dishes, following Bricktown Brewery’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is cooked to order with consistent flavor, presentation, and portioning.
• Assist with prepping ingredients, stocking kitchen supplies, and maintaining inventory as-needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Set up of kitchen equipment.
• Verification of stock.
• Cleaning of cooking equipment.
• Managing the flow of food orders.
• Following sanitation and safety standards.

• Good sense of balance, ability to multi‑task, lift up to 50 pounds waist high, and stand for long periods of time.
• Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, and willingness to work with others as a team.
• Ability to exert fast‑paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours.
• Capacity to use motion that includes bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
