Merchandise and Stocking Associate

Overview

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr position focuses on merchandising and stocking to help members find what they need. Responsibilities may include moving inventory, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, and stocking shelves. The role is physical and fast-paced, with opportunities to be part of a team focused on member satisfaction.

• Unloading trucks promptly and stocking products on shelves and in the backroom
• Assisting fellow associates as needed throughout the store
• Engaging with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Fulfilling club pick up orders and staging according to company policy and procedures
• Ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards are followed
• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; signing and pricing merchandise
• Identifying shrink and damages and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise
• Communicating progress and collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners
