As part of the freezer, cooler, and deli team you’ll keep shelves stocked, maintain the operations and sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers, and on the front lines of the deli department you’ll provide customer service that turns a good shopping experience into a great one.

• Ensure shelves are clean, temperatures are controlled, expiration dates verified, and lower‑quality food is disposed of.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials safely.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving concerns.
• Follow all company policies in the freezer/cooler area, comply with food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, and monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors.
