This role is responsible for onboarding, training, and mentoring of Resident Assistants. The RA Staff Manager works in a supportive supervisory role under direction of the Executive and Assistant Director. Other responsibilities include oversight and tracking of various protocols as well as processes Resident Assistants are responsible for and takes appropriate corrective action.

• Ensuring that all residents receive care in a manner and in an environment that maintains or enhances their quality of life.
• Coach, and mentor employees
• Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Coordinate and manage employee schedule
• Adhering to and communicate written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility.
• Assisting in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-service training classes, on-the-job training and orientation programs.

Must have the ability to work well with others, organize and prioritize workload, and have the flexibility and knowledge to be on call for staffing issues. Senior healthcare experience is desired for all applicants.
