Occupational Therapist – Benedictine
The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions. They develop and revise a plan of care based on the residents’ needs and establish functional goals, outcomes, and a discharge plan. They plan for residents’ discharge and anticipate long‑term and/or short‑term residents’ needs. They educate other health‑care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
QualificationsRequired
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing.
- Bachelor’s degree.
$50.00 per hour
