Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 (annualized) + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus!

As a Physical Therapist, you'll provide top-notch physical therapy services directly to clients in their homes. You'll craft personalized treatment plans and empower clients towards independence.

• Competitive Compensation:
  Earn $50.00 to $120.00 per visit.

• Experience in home care, proficiency in OASIS documentation.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to travel locally.
