We are currently seeking a PRN (as needed) Mobile Phlebotomist to join a high‑growth startup. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision and embody friendliness, empathy, compassion, and a genuine care for patients. You will work in hospitals, offices, or at home, ensuring a thoughtful and amazing patient experience.

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments in your own vehicle, process specimens with a car‑compatible centrifuge, and drop samples at patient service centers or laboratories.
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and specimen processing, maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Adapt quickly in a rapid, high‑growth environment.
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
• Confirm availability to your leader every Friday for the upcoming week(s); the leader will schedule you or call you as needed.
• Maintain a minimum availability of three (3) days per week between 5am–1pm (Monday‑Friday) and can work up to 29 hours a week.

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred). Certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT is required.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive in the dark and physically access patients (kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting, reaching, climbing stairs).
• Physically navigate patient homes and carry up to 15 pounds while walking.
• Work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Proof of first dose of Covid‑19 vaccine within 30 days of employment.
