Shift Availability

Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 6am to 6pm

Job Purpose

Operate welding robots according to job guidelines in an efficient, productive, and safe manner.

Essential Job Functions
  • Operate welding robots and monitor configuration while running.
  • Set up and tear down jobs by loading and unloading fixtures.
  • Load and unload parts; perform a visual quality inspection.
  • Ensure weld quality; remove welding spatter using chisel and/or grinder as needed.
  • Tag completed rework jobs appropriately.
  • Perform daily equipment inspection.
  • Advise supervisor or lead of shortages or poor‑quality materials/products.
  • Operate hoist to maneuver parts safely into place.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Manufacturing environment experience
  • Welding and/or Robot experience
Working Conditions

Lifting equipment (30 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. rarely), push/pull up to 30 lbs, walk, stand, bend, twist/turn, reach overhead, reach/lift with outstretched arms, and grasp tools as necessary. Repetitive motion, dust, vibration, hazardous chemicals, welding fumes, ozone, infrared and ultraviolet light, and noise requiring ear protection are present.

Benefits and Compensation

Base wage of $20.00–$23.88 per hour, with eligibility for overtime, premium pay, and the Production Bonus Plan.
