Perform functions to build and inspect company products working with units or parts while following established procedures in a team environment.

• Prepare necessary materials for assembly.
• Follow schedules and established procedures to assemble various components using hand tools, air tools and measuring equipment, ensuring that all specifications are met and maintaining the highest quality product. This may include full testing of units and inspection on in‑process or final assemblies.
• Adaptable and willing to be cross‑trained to perform the functions at multiple stations as requested.
• Analyze rejected product, communicate findings with the Lead Assembler and assist in problem resolution.
• Use calibration and testing equipment effectively, ensuring that the product functions according to specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including proper removal of all waste.
• Follow material replenishment processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of safety.
• Ability to operate hand tools, gauges, torque wrenches and equipment necessary for production.
• Ability to perform basic math computations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with hand tools.

Requires lifting of 35 lbs. occasionally, hand/eye coordination, ability to stand for extended periods of time, ability to walk, bend over, and turn consistently and repeatedly. Will involve repetitive motion. Work area can be noisy.

Your base wage will be between $19.00 - $22.13 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
