Overview
The Robotic CNC Machine Operator/Assembler role at PAL's Machining is a full‑time, first‑shift position. One year experience as a CNC machine operator is desired. The role requires the ability to read prints, check parts with calipers and micrometers, and operate small hand tools. Candidates must be comfortable standing for 10‑hour shifts, including bending and lifting, possess good work practices, be dependable, and able to work independently.
Benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, vacation pay, holiday pay, and a uniform allowance. Pay is done on a DOQ basis.
