Pack Lead – Blue Team at Revol Greens

Base pay: $22.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Revol Greens was founded in 2017 and is the largest greenhouse lettuce producer in the United States. With locations in Minnesota, California, Georgia and Texas, the company harvests and delivers local lettuce and greens within 24 hours of harvest, ensuring a fresh taste and peak nutrition.

The Lead is a hands‑on position that requires deep knowledge of a designated work zone (Ponds, Seeding, Harvest, Packhouse). The Lead communicates staffing needs and status updates to the supervisor, maintains SOPs and safety standards, trains new hires, and ensures operational metrics are achieved each day.

• Use knowledge of assigned area to demonstrate procedures to team members.
• Ensure SOPs, food‑safety, and employee‑safety standards are consistently followed.
• Communicate staffing needs and work with teams to maintain an effective workforce.
• Maintain company standards and ensure all operational specifications are adhered to.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and inventory numbers are accurate each day.
• Evaluate operational efficiencies and recommend changes to improve operations.
• Lead and train team members, improving their confidence and product knowledge.
• Keep work area clean and maintain safe conditions.
• Lead opening and closing tasks for each shift.
• Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
• Assist and perform any other related duties as required.

• 1 year of experience working in Revol Greens’ greenhouse or packhouse.

• Greenhouse: temperatures vary with weather; PPE required.
• Packhouse: 34‑38 °F; PPE required.

• Occasional ladder, stair, scaffold or pole use; standing or sitting for prolonged periods; moving objects up to 20 lbs; repetitive wrist motions.
