Production Builder

We are seeking a Builder/Palletizer to build custom pallets, crates, and specialized shipping materials. If you enjoy hands-on physical work, using power tools, and creating quality products in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!.

Perks and Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour with the opportunity to grow
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Temp-to-hire with the opportunity to roll-over full-time with the company

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber/plywood to build custom crates and pallets using blueprints and work orders.
• Safely operate pneumatic nail guns, power saws, and measuring tools.
• Move, load, and stage lumber and finished crates (forklift experience a plus; training provided).
• Inspect materials for defects, follow dimensions strictly, and wear required PPE at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and assist team members to hit daily production goals.

Working hours:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:

• Experience reading technical drawings or prior forklift experience/certification.

Qualifications:

• Background using hand and power tools in construction, woodworking, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency reading a tape measure quickly and accurately.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Work ethic, attention to detail, and consistent punctuality.
