Spherion Staffing is actively searching for assembly workers across Owatonna's top manufacturing companies. Perks and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $20.50 to $22.50 per hour, based on your skill level, shift, and job placement.
• Shift Options: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM OR 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays as needed
• Job Stability:
  Long-term with the opportunity to roll-over full-time
• Overtime opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Assemble materials and components into finished products using basic hand tools, power tools, and operational schematics or blueprints.
• Safely lift, transport, and position materials or finished parts weighing up to 50 lbs across the work center, utilizing proper lifting techniques or mechanical equipment.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure product standards are met, following all company safety protocols and maintaining a clean work space.

Working hours:

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or light machinery (training provided for entry-level roles).

Experience:

0-1 years

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow assembly instructions or blueprints.
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliable attendance.
• A good work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
