Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Labor workers for a food production company in Owatonna, MN. In this role, you’ll support production operations while helping maintain quality, safety, and food manufacturing standards. If you enjoy hands‑on work and want reliable weekday hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit.
What You'll Do as a General Labor:- Perform sanitation functions regularly to prepare the plant for scheduled production
- Complete visual inspections of raw products being processed
- Provide relief to various line personnel as needed
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety policies, and procedures
- Follow all PPE requirements and sanitation procedures
- Perform other job duties as assigned by management
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work effectively in a production environment
- Ability to perform sanitation and general production duties
- Ability to follow GMPs, safety policies, PPE requirements, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse team
