The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for ensuring that the health and safety needs of all residents are met. This position is responsible for ensuring the facility complies with current regulations and standards of practice.

Ecumen Brooks consists of 38 assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 12 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services and is located in Owatonna, Minnesota. Full-Time. Monday - Friday. 8a-4:30p. 40 hours per week. Hours can vary based on business needs. Leader on duty rotation included.
Pay:The targeted pay range for this job is $36.00 - $43.00 per hour

EssentialJob Responsibilities:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working and must maintain licensure
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to:
Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Previous experience working with seniors

Registered Nurse (required)
