The Role

Are you passionate about finding and winning new customers? Do you thrive off of "the hunt" for new business, closing deals, and maintaining relationships after the sale? If so, our NAPA sales team would love to hear from you! We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Sales Representative to succeed in a pay-for-performance role (base pay plus commission) through growing existing customers and acquiring new ones by promoting our products and services.

A Day In The Life

  • Drive growth of NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits
  • Promote NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers
  • Develop sales plans with local Store Managers
  • Identify customer needs and align solutions
  • Collaborate with manufacturer reps to improve offerings
  • Engage customers through eSales programs
  • Conduct seminars and presentations on NAPA products
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in retail or outside sales
  • 2+ years in a customer-focused, quota-driven environment
  • Basic selling skills
  • Ability to present in group settings
  • Valid driver license with minimal violations

And If You Have This, Even Better

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Automotive Industry background

We offer a total compensation of approximately $51,250 plus a $600 monthly stipend and commissions. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and additional perks such as stock purchase plans and tuition reimbursement.
