Insulation Installer

Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors.

The Insulator will complete insulating, fire blocking, fire stopping, fire caulking according to code requirement and manufacturers installation specifications.

• Perform insulation and fire caulking tasks with moderate supervision, demonstrating an ability to follow directions.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production standards and improve workflow.
• Completing quality checks on your own.

• Measure, Cut, and install insulation materials (spray foam, fiberglass) with increased accuracy and efficiency.
• Apply fire caulking and fireproofing products to various openings, penetrations, and seams within modular units with limited guidance.
• Utilize caulking guns, insulation tools, and measuring instruments proficiently, with minimal rework.
• Competence in basic blueprints reading and interpretation of fireproofing requirements.
• Independently completes tasks 80% of the time.
• Consistently meets safety and quality standards.

• $18-$22 per hour
