Position: Service Technician ( Hourly + Commission)

What you will be doing:

• Maintain readiness for service calls, ensuring necessary tools, materials, and knowledge are prepared before arriving at a job site.
• Establish a strong rapport with customers by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and expertise in water treatment solutions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of water quality and equipment functionality, engaging customers in the process to ensure transparency and education.
• Identify potential water treatment issues and recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of service findings, offering multiple options to help customers make informed decisions.
• Perform maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Uphold high standards for cleanliness and organization, ensuring work areas are left in excellent condition after service.
• Document all services performed, maintaining accurate records for customer history and future recommendations.
• Communicate and collaborate with multiple support departments within Aquarius.
• Stay current with industry advancements, products, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

What you have to offer:

• Previous experience in water treatment service or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a consultative approach to service.
• Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring consistency in documentation and work quality.
• Comfortable working independently while following a structured service system.
• Must be able to read and write in English well enough to accurately prepare invoices, timecards, and proposals.
