Software Validation and Automated Testing Engineer
, you will design, develop, validate, and automate testing solutions for software that runs on or supports Full Stack Desktop, Mobile, Vehicle Interface, and Cloud-based services within the Bosch Automotive Service Solutions diagnostics group. You will play a critical role in ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance across vehicle diagnostic tools, mobile applications, web services, and connected diagnostic ecosystems.

You will work closely with software engineers, systems engineers, product owners, and validation teams to build automated testing frameworks, improve software quality, and accelerate product releases through continuous integration and continuous testing practices.

• Define, develop, and execute software validation strategies and test plans for desktop, mobile, web, and cloud-based applications.
• Validate software functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and compatibility against product requirements and customer use cases.
• Create and maintain automated test suites for functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Develop test cases, test procedures, and validation documentation to support product releases.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality requirements are incorporated early in the software development lifecycle.
• Track, report, and communicate software quality metrics, test results, and validation status to stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, desktop, mobile, and API‑based applications.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Create automated scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and system‑level interactions.
• Improve testing efficiency through automation, reducing manual testing effort and increasing test coverage.
• Support automated execution of regression tests for product releases and software updates.
• Evaluate and implement modern testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.

• Participate in software architecture discussions and design reviews to ensure product quality and testability.
• Develop utilities, tools, and test applications that support software validation activities.
