As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee tax reorganizations, provide compliance expertise, and develop effective strategic solutions. Leading engagement teams and mentoring junior staff will be key aspects of your role. With your experience, you will evaluate current processes and contribute to business music development initiatives to help businesses thrive within the legal framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and prepare capital dividend elections and reorganizations

• Mentor junior team members and manage client relationships

• Prepare engaging presentations and technical reports

• Build proactive tax strategies for business opportunities

• Maintain compliance through outreach with government agencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in commerce or business administration

• CPA designation or relevant experience strongly preferred

• 2 to 4 years of public accounting or tax experience

• Knowledge of Canadian Income Tax Act essential

• Familiarity with farming industry beneficial
