Your role will involve patient registration, data management, and administrative support within a healthcare environment.

Reporting to the Manager of Registration and Switchboard, you will handle patient demographics, verify health insurance information, and maintain accurate records in Oracle systems. Expect to provide essential administrative and financial backing for business office functions such as payroll and accounts receivable. Your focus will be on ensuring efficient registration processes according to established policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients and verify demographic information

• Maintain and enter patient information accurately

• Provide administrative support for payroll and accounts receivable

• Utilize Oracle systems for patient data management

• Assist with switchboard operations and patient flow

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or related administrative experience

• Familiarity with Cerner Patient information system

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word

• Typing speed – 30 wpm minimum

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
