Join the Town of The Blue Mountains as an Executive Coordinator. Provide strategic support and coordination for the CAO and Mayor in a picturesque four-season community.

In this key position, the Executive Coordinator will assist in the seamless operation of the CAO's Office, while reinforcing the structure and culture of leadership. Essential duties include managing schedules, facilitating Council communication, and contributing to significant corporate initiatives that shape community engagement. Strong discretion and organizational skills will be critical for handling sensitive matters and ensuring effective workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CAO's Office operations and communications

• Support Council meetings and governance processes

• Track corporate strategic initiatives progress

• Develop agendas and minutes for senior management meetings

• Liaise with various stakeholders for effective communication

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline

• At least five years' experience in executive support roles

• Knowledge of municipal governance frameworks

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and digital documentation systems

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
