Position: Tiverton HSE Coordinator Role
Location: Tiverton

Make an impact at Bird as a HSE Coordinator located in Tiverton, Ontario. You will promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout projects.

In this vital site-based position, you’ll work closely with the Project Director while streamlining HSE activities across projects. Your leadership will help implement and audit safety programs, manage incident investigations, and mentor Regional Safety Coordinators. Your expertise is key to achieving HSE targets and providing a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement organization-wide HSE strategies

• Lead audits of safety management systems

• Drive timely incident investigation and communication

• Collaborate with leadership on HSE objectives

• Coach safety personnel to adhere to best practices

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Health and Safety

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field

• Valid National Construction Safety Officer Certificate

• Comprehensive knowledge of OH&S/OSHA Acts

• Eligible for Canadian Reliability Security Clearance
