• Plan site preparations and supervise daily crew activities

• Delegate tasks and manage quality checks on site

• Ensure maintenance of tools and job site organization

• Complete required reporting and monitoring of project hours

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in landscape construction

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively

• Fairly skilled in operating heavy equipment

• Must possess a valid Class A Restricted license
