Become a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at LCBO and help create memorable holiday experiences! This role emphasizes excellent customer service skills and in-store sales from November 16 to December 31, 2026.
As a key part of our team at the LCBO, you will directly support customers while delivering exceptional experiences. This on-site position requires you to use our POS system and manage stock effectively. Prepare to engage customers meaningfully, asking for donations for our Spirit of Sustainability campaign, while enhancing your knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits through paid online training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers promptly using POS/Cash system
• Request donations for Spirit of Sustainability
• Participate in Customer Experience campaigns
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
Requirements:
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• At least 18 years old
• Comfortable assisting customers reliably
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus
• Availability on key holiday dates
