Location: Meaford
Deliver exceptional customer experiences this holiday season as a Holiday Customer Service Representative at LCBO in Meaford. Work on-site and support customers with wine, beer, cider, and spirits.
From November 16 to December 31, 2026, LCBO seeks dedicated Holiday Customer Service Representatives. You will assist customers using our POS system, take part in store campaigns, and ensure a clean, safe environment. Build your skills through online training and create memorable shopping experiences during the festive season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using POS/Cash system efficiently
• Participate in the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Conduct Customer Experience and Postal Code Surveys
• Replenish stock, receive inventory, and face up products
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs and maintain store cleanliness
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Availability on weekends and holidays
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods
