Become a Project Coordinator – Series Training with the Shoreline Power Group to enhance training processes at Bruce Power's facility in Kincardine, Ontario. This role emphasizes the coordination of training projects from analysis to execution.

As part of the FCFR project team, you will focus on crucial training initiatives ensuring thorough preparation and execution of training programs for industrial construction roles. Your exceptional communication and leadership skills will facilitate effective stakeholder collaboration and data-driven decisions. A background in Mechanical Engineering or related fields will give you an edge in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and support training development documentation

• Coordinate all phases of training program execution

• Track training scope progress and schedule adherence

• Collect and analyze KPIs to gauge training effectiveness

• Maintain training records in the learning management systems

Requirements:

• Education in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline

• Proven coordination experience in industrial settings

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Outlook

• Knowledge of construction best practices

• Good organizational and communication skills
