Shape Something Different – As an Intermediate Project Control Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery through financial management, reporting, and project controls. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet performance targets, deadlines, and client expectations—all while building your expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Implement and execute project controls plans to support contractual requirements across a portfolio of projects.
• Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of planned value, actual cost, earned value, and schedule performance.
• Support baseline budgets and work breakdown structures to manage hours and expenditures.
• Identify and resolve deviations from project plans, mitigating potential impacts on cost and schedule.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, invoicing, and forecast accruals to ensure financial health of projects.
• Assist in preparing reporting packages for project and corporate management teams.
• Contribute to project plans, including cost plans, quality plans, and change management strategies.

• Post-secondary degree in project management, finance, or business.
• 3–6 years of experience in project controls or financial management; experience in engineering or construction is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

MB & ON: $52,500 – $72,300
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $52,000 – $69,000

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
