As a Senior Planner at COBIDE Engineering, you will engage in comprehensive land use planning and development projects. Your experience will help you prepare essential planning reports and guide clients through the development approval process. Strengthening your professional communication and project management skills, you will contribute to various projects under the Planning Act while working with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage planning projects and development applications efficiently

• Prepare Planning Justification Reports and site plans

• Interpret planning policies and provide professional recommendations

• Attend and lead meetings with various stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with the Ontario Planning Act and regulations

Requirements:

• University degree in Planning or related field

• Full or Candidate Membership with OPPI and CIP

• Minimum three years in land use planning

• Valid G driver’s licence

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
