Snow Removal Equipment Operator

Job Summary

Join Grounds Guys to clear snow for commercial & residential properties. We provide safe equipment & experienced leadership. These on‑call roles involve overnight shifts and responding promptly to snow and ice events.

• Operate Farm Tractor with snowwing & blower or VEntrac with blower & Salter to clear snow from roadways, parking lots and other designated areas.
• Consistently maintaining clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal
• Maintain communication with supervisors to report progress and any issues encountered.
• Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, mostly at night, to ensure timely snow removal.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of Manager when requested.
• Provide consistent, efficient & professional service.
• Follow all health & safety regulations & policies & procedures.

• Minimum 4-5 years Farm Tractor or articulating tractor operating experience in a professional setting.
• Valid G Driver's License with clean record is required.
• Own transportation to shop (Town transportation may not be available/reliable).
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, early morning, early evening, be on call.
• Long shifts during storms.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature.
• On‑call availability with quick response time.
• Cell phone with data required for timesheets.

Wage is $20-$28 per hour depending on experience.

Potential for summer work for the right applicant.
