Hands-On Live-In Building Technician Needed

Become a Live-In Building Maintenance Technician with Kingsley Management Inc. in Owen Sound. Engage actively in building maintenance and foster a welcoming environment for residents.

In this full-time position, you will be the backbone of our new residential community, focusing on maintenance and resident relations. If you have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy hands-on work, this role allows you to take initiative and ensure excellent living conditions. Your efforts will be pivotal in maintaining the property and addressing residents' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections to identify and prioritize maintenance needs

• Carry out general repairs and preventative maintenance tasks

• Uphold cleanliness in shared and common areas around the building

• Facilitate move-ins by preparing suites

• Address residents’ maintenance requests professionally and promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in building maintenance is an asset

• Strong hands-on skills and ability to troubleshoot

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Physical ability to manage 50 lbs and outdoor tasks
