Location: Wiarton
Enhance patient care as a Full-Time Emergency Registered Nurse at Brightshores in Wiarton. Bring your expertise in nursing and commitment to quality improvement.
Reporting to the site Manager, your role focuses on patient assessment, treatment, and ultimate well-being. You will be responsible for employing various therapeutic methods and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines ective teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive assessments and emergency care to patients
• Administer delegated medical acts as needed
• Contribute to a culture of patient safety and quality improvement
• Flex time according to unit and patient requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in critical situations
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience with ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certification
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong recent experience in emergency nursing preferred
• Advocate for patient safety and quality care
