Part-Time RPN in Critical Care Owen Sound

As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of the Critical Care Manager to deliver comprehensive care, utilizing the nursing process for effective patient assessment and care planning.

Your role will also involve educating patients and families, managing patient care assignments, and fostering an environment of professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care with inter-disciplinary teamwork

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments

• Provide education on health to patients and families

• Supervise patient care assignments and tasks

• Partake in unit’s quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Certified graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Basic Life Support certification and recent nursing experience

• Willingness to pursue required additional certifications
