Southbridge Care Homes RN Part Time

Enhance senior care as a Part Time Registered Nurse at Southbridge Care Homes during evening shifts. This role focuses on patient care, medication administration, and staff supervision.

As a Registered Nurse, your impact on residents will be significant through thoughtful care and management. You will administer treatments, evaluate health needs, and support nursing staff under your supervision. This role helps uphold Southbridge's commitment to quality care and nursing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with nursing care standards and practices

• Record vital signs and report changes in residents' health

• Supervise staff, and mentor new nursing personnel

• Prepare and lead RAI MDS assessments in the facility

• Step in for the Director of Care when needed

Requirements:

• Current nursing certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Registered or eligible for registration with RN Association of Ontario

• First Aid and BLS certification required

• Preferred experience in long-term care settings

• Strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities
