Position: Registered Nurse with Critical Care Expertise
Location: wiarton

Serve as a Registered Nurse at Brightshores, specializing in critical care for patients of all ages, from infants to adults. Your expertise will drive health promotion and patient recovery efforts.
This role requires reporting to the Manager and leveraging your experience to provide high-quality care in emergency settings. You will use your assessment skills to address critical health conditions and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver effective patient treatments. Mentoring colleagues and fostering a positive team environment are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessments and emergency treatments

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care

• Engage in continuous professional development and education

• Lead nursing projects and participate in unit meetings

• Support and mentor incoming staff and nursing students
Requirements:

• Eligibility for Ontario College of Nurses registration

• Minimum of 12-24 months in emergency/critical care

• Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

• Dedication to patient safety and high standards of care
