Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and communicate findings

• Order and ensure safe storage of medications

• Schedule and participate in care conferences

• Supervise care assignments for nursing team members

• Manage responses to resident emergencies and concerns

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse registration in the appropriate Province/State

• Background working with seniors and unregulated staff

• Effective communication and coordination abilities

• Demonstrated critical thinking and time management skills

• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS)
