Position: Owen Sound Full-Time Registered Nurse Role
Enhance patient care at Brightshores Health System as a full-time Registered Nurse based in Owen Sound. This Float Pool position requires you to adapt nursing care to various units based on operational needs.

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for providing nursing care across multiple departments while assessing and managing diverse patient conditions. A recent background in Medical-Surgical nursing and strong assessment skills are crucial. You will work closely with patient support teams to maintain high standards of care and safety across the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing interventions across multiple units

• Assess and monitor physical patient conditions daily

• Carry out central line care and IV medication management

• Engage in patient education and health promotion strategies

• Collaborate with the nursing team to enhance patient safety

Requirements:

• Current license with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Recent experience in Medical-Surgical settings

• Skills in physical assessments and BCLS certification

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
