Registered Nurse - Women's Health at Brightshores

Contribute to women's and children's wellness as a Registered Nurse in Owen Sound with Brightshores. Specialize in patient care through labor, postpartum support, and gynecological services.

In this full-time temporary position, you'll be pivotal in nursing through assessment, planning, and evaluating patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide care during labor and childbirth

• Manage postpartum care for mother-baby dyads

• Serve in the Resource Nurse role as required

• Advocate for patient safety and adhere to best practices

• Support high-risk obstetrical patients during transport

Requirements:

• Must possess Ontario College of Nurses registration

• Independence in Labour & Delivery expected within 6 months

• Required certifications and advanced training initiatives

• Recent experience in mother/baby care within 5 years

• Desire for continual learning and professional development
