Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial and psychiatric assessments for patients

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes

• Plan and conduct inpatient therapeutic groups

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses

Requirements:

• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Certificate in Psychiatric Nursing from an accredited college

• Recent psychiatric nursing experience within three years

• Valid CPI course certification

• Strong communication and leadership skills
