Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and care planning

• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate outcomes

• Educate patients and families about health concerns

• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

• Address organizational tasks related to patient unit operations

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Willingness to complete advanced cardiac courses

• Strong communication and organizational skills
