Care Partners, a leading home health care provider in Ontario, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for full-time positions. Work Monday to Friday during school hours in Owen Sound and the surrounding areas. Role responsibilities include effective care plan development and a wide range of nursing services in clinics and homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective Care Plans collaboratively

• Provide in-person nursing services to patients

• Deliver specialized services in fully equipped nursing clinics

• Conduct various clinical duties as required

Requirements:

• RN or RPN degree/diploma required

• Valid College of Nurses of Ontario registration

• Strong commitment to patient care and well-being

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid CPR certification and immunization record
