Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective Care Plans for patients

• Provide in-person nursing services to clients

• Offer clinical care including wound and IV therapy

• Collaborate with Ontario Health atHome for patient support

• Perform additional clinical duties as needed

Requirements:

• RN or RPN degree with current CNO registration

• Strong commitment to patient care and improvement

• Exceptional communication skills in English

• CPR Certification and current immunization record

• Clear vulnerable sector and background check
