Lead nursing excellence at Jarlette Health Services as a Co-Director of Care (RN) in Southampton, Ontario. This full-time position emphasizes nursing standards and robust resident care management.

As Co-Director of Care (RN), you will work under the Director of Care to oversee nursing practices in a fully accredited long-term care home. Your responsibilities include managing essential care programs, ensuring safety protocols, and coordinating nursing staff. Additionally, you will engage in community outreach and support new team member orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate implementation of essential nursing programs

• Manage staff recruitment and performance evaluations

Requirements:

• Current RN Certificate of Registration in Ontario
