Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement care for emergency patients

• Participate in unit projects and staff meetings

• Mentor new staff and uphold patient care standards

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Promote patient safety and evidence-based practices

Requirements:

• Eligibility for registration with Ontario College of Nurses

• 12-24 months of experience in critical care settings

• Valid certifications in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS

• Excellent assessment and communication skills

• Willingness to enhance professional development
