Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to create and implement individualized care strategies

• Mentor and lead nursing personnel towards best practices

• Spearhead educational and research initiatives in caregiving

• Supervise resource allocation and quality improvement efforts

• Uphold Ministry of Long-Term Care standards for service

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing with NP certification

• 3+ years as a Nurse Practitioner

• Supervisory experience in long-term care settings

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Successful completion of criminal background checks
